Grooming is an aspect of Hygiene that involves the adjustment of physical features like hair and skin in order to maintain cleanliness, be more functional, and/or be more aesthetically pleasing (according to the eyes of some beholder). It can be done by oneself though various forms of Grooming are often done by someone else, such as someone skilled in it.
