Pavlonia is a province (at times in history, two provinces, Pavlonia Major and Pavlonia Minor) in the continental region of Reshaun, in Karamay.
Pavlonia is marked by its militias which are located in its major burgs and cantons. While at times of its history it has had a provincial military, the militias are always comparable to it in strength, and work for the regular peacetime security of their regions also. Weapons are strictly prohibited outside of the militias, but the militias must be consensually formed and any upstanding Pavlonian citizen is allowed to join them.
