Blocs are groups with shared stories and/or shared interests Somewhere Else. The various organizations, guilds, clans, and even prominent families make up the various Blocs found Somewhere Else. Blocs often offer benefits to their members such as access to land, housing, education, shared resource pools, or simply, "friends". While many blocs do not have any specific position on most other blocs, some blocs can have either strong ties with or heavy rivalry/animosity with specific others.
