Lorebook: False Fullness

False Fullness (also known as False Oneness, Separation, or Imperfection) is the state that trespasses perpetuate Somewhere Else, having likewise entered at the Trespass. Somewhere Else was originally created to experience deep Oneness and Love, but at the Trespass this great Meaning was perceived as insufficient or inferior compared to a purportedly superior one it was "traded" for, which turned out to be False Fullness.

False Fullness purports to provide a better fullness in some way than that of the All Creator's, but since Fullness beyond what the All-Creator has created is unfeasible, what False Fullness actually does, according to the Prophets, is corrupt true Fullness by converting means into ends. Creation, notably People, have thus been repeatedly deceived into thinking that they will receive their great desires and feel complete, but because the "desires" are detached from the true desires underneath, they thus continue feeling Unfull (perhaps increasingly) because the desires were meant to point to greater realities than themselves. False Fullness's results are thus congruent with its reality, incapable of making someone Full or bringing them the deep Love and Oneness they and all of Somewhere Else were created for, perpetuating Sickness and Separation, necessitating Redemption.

Separation

Separation is a term used for False Fullness to emphasize its antithesis to the Oneness sought after Somewhere Else. The symptoms of False Fullness evidence that the world is Separated rather than Integral the way it was intended to be. The world is in a sick state and suffers from Asundering Stains due to the Trespass and worsened by the many trespasses that have followed it, falling increasingly further over time from true Perfection and Satisfaction. There are still vestiges of the Oneness of Somewhere Else found throughout the world; Separation has not blotted out all of them. However, the only way to truly take hold of the Oneness found in them is through Redemption.

Redemption

Redemption is the way Separation is overcome and Oneness is able to be realized once more.
