Luxal or The Luxal Confederation is a commonwealth of seven closely related provinces that each maintain their own traditions and their own governments but share a popular language, a common army, and a common commitment to being independent of other commonwealths and only partaking in war in self-defense. A common river flows through each of the provinces, facilitating trade between them.
