The Keltsiin are a form of People with translucent skin, their bodies illuminated in various tones from the inside. Their bones appear largely translucent also. Some of their organs are protected from inside the body more than most forms of People, thus not every piece is itself transparent. Their blood is silver but due to the illumination from within can appear as different colors coursing through the body.
