It is known that both fauna and flora communicate, but how they do so is often significantly different from the way that People do. The form of "language" used by them seems to be on a scale of increasing rudimentariness, but there are relatively rare fauna and flora even known to speak in a way that most People can understand. Most, however, are mostly unintelligible to People, other than those certain People who have been known to be able to communicate with some kinds of Florauna naturally.
