Ruktraur is the name of the isolated region/province encompassing Mount Taurikip and the surrounding mountains and highlands, indigenously inhabited by the Ruktruun. Very few People beyond the Ruktruun make it deep into Ruktraur, as there is not a lot of travel infrastructure within it and most are not adapted to it the way the Ruktruun are.
