Somewhere Else is not a riskless place, and Bionics exist to bridge the gap between necessity and reality. Bionics involve the use of natural materials, most often metals, to replace lost appendages. Using certain minerals, the electric pulses from a Person's body naturally power the more advanced bionic appendages allowing them movement similar to what would have been possible with a natural appendage.
